SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase via either USPS or FedEx. Seed orders will arrive within 7-10 business days from purchase. Home Décor items are shipped separately and will arrive between 7-10 days from purchase. Our shipping policy is as follows:
- $2.99 shipping on seed only orders
- $7.99 flat rate shipping
- Free shipping on all orders over $50
- If you are apart of our rewards program you will be eligible for free shipping on seed only orders not matter what tier you are on. Tier Greenie you will be eligible for free shipping on all order $50+, tier Maven is eligible for free shipping on all orders $25+ and tier Ace is eligible for free shipping on every order placed on FerryMorse.com.
- Plantling orders ill ship out twice a week so if your order is placed Wednesday- Sunday your order should ship out the following Monday and if you place an order Monday- Tuesday your order should ship out between that following Wednesday- Friday depending on how many order we have that week.
FERRY-MORSE RETURNS POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy for items purchased at chenchenhe.com. Products purchased at a retail store must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that store’s return policy. If you placed an online purchase with chenchenhe.com are not satisfied, please return your order along with your Contact Information and FM Order number to:
